This is the third time it is happening. My DSL link didn’t show / lid up after I save/reboot the modem via its web interface. Based on my last experiances, it means my port went kaput. As of now, my prime suspect is the modem itself had kaput itself whenever it is being rebooted. I saw the similarity of the event in my incident #2 and #3. So, I believe it had something to do with its firmware. My biggest question mark if this is the case, how can this happened to the modem which being supplied by TM itself. FYI, whenever you subscribe the Streamyx package (in my case Combo package) they will surely give a modem brand RIGER. And its default password for router web interface is tmadmin/tmadmin. Surely enough they designed the router for Streamyx or TM usage. How this can be?
